Sea water treatment plant

The sea water treatment plantdesigned by HY factory processes seawater with TDS 41000 ppm to produce 50m³/h of domestic water. Operating at 3PH 400V/60HZ, 184KW, it uses fully automated controls. The system includes sand filters with auto/manual back flush, automatic RO flushing, and protection features for high/low water levels and electrical faults. The process flow involves a sea water tank, feed water pump, sand filter, scale inhibition, security filters, high-pressure pump, SWRO with CIP, and a fresh water tank.

B.Sea water treatment plant control method

Whole system use full automatically control model, both model can be exchanged accordingly. Sand filter with auto and manual back flush.The RO system automatic flushing at each start-up and shutdown. High water level auto stop, low water level auto start.Pump protected without water.Protected when no power, poor power, larger electrical current, leakage, short circuit.
