Machine Introduction:

These are two sets of 20 cubic meters per day marine water maker, which are provided to two ships produced by Oman and Turkey shipyards, and can treat seawater into drinking water.
Due to the size limit of the vessel’s cabin entrance, we divided the pre-filtration part and RO part into two parts.
The pre-filtration part is consists of a bag filter, a 5-micron filter, and a 1-micron filter, which are installed on a skid-mounted frame.
The RO part is consists of a high-pressure pump and two 8040 reverse osmosis membranes and membrane housings and control panel, which are installed on another skid-mounted frame.
The shell and low-pressure pipes of the pre-filtration part are made of corrosion-resistant UPVC. The high pressure part is made of SUS316L.
The whole set of equipment is compact, which is suitable to use on ship or in places with relatively small space.

Role and Function:

Providing Fresh Water: The primary function of a marine water maker for a boat is to produce fresh water from seawater. This is essential for the daily operation and living needs of people on board, as fresh water is crucial for drinking, cooking, cleaning, and other activities.
