A. Dm demineralized demin water plant product description
Demineralized water, Desalted water generally refers to the finished water obtained by removing impurities in water such as suspended solids, colloids and inorganic cations and anions using various water treatment processes. Demineralized does not mean that all salts in the water have been removed. Depending on the application, demineralization is allowed to contain trace impurities. The fewer impurities in the brine, the higher the water purity. Demineralized water contains little or no minerals. This can be done by distillation, reverse osmosis, ion exchange, or a combination of these methods.
Dm water plant Process Flow as below :
1.Source water tank →Pretreatment parts→ Single RO system→ RO tank→EDI system →DM water→10MΩ/cm outlet water.
2.Source water tank →Pretreatment parts→ Doulbe RO system→Double RO tank→EDI system →DM water→15MΩ/cm outlet water.
3.Source water tank →Pretreatment parts→ Doulbe RO system→Double RO tank→EDI system →Polish resin filter→ 18 MΩ/cmoutlet water.
4.Source water tank →Pretreatment parts→ Cation resin →Anion resin →Middle tank→Mixed bed →DM water→15MΩ/cmoutlet water .
B. Dm water plant design basis
Raw water : brackish water with TDS 9000 ppm
Production capacity: 8000 litres/hr
Out water:Resistivity ≥15MΩ.cm
Product water : for industry water
Voltage and frequency: 220V380V/415V/440V 50-60HZ
C. Dm water plant control method
Whole system use full automatically control model, both model can be exchanged accordingly. Sand filter with auto and manual back flush.The RO system automatic flushing at each start-up and shutdown. High water level auto stop, low water level auto start.Pump protected without water.Protected when no power, poor power, larger electrical current, leakage, short circuit.
D. Demineralized water plant process flow
Source water tank →Feed water pump →Muti- media filter →Active carbon filter →Water softener(or inhibitor dosing)→PP filter→High-pressure pump →RO system→RO purified tank→Mix bed feed water pump →Ion exchange mix bed →Filter→Purified water
E.In order send you correct information please tell me below information
1. How many liters outlet water per hour do you require?(500L/H,1000L/H, etc.)
2. Where is the source water from? (Eg,well water/borehole water, river water. etc.)- Do you have water analysis result or know the water quality? (The TDS=total dissolved solid, Fe, Mg, Hardness etc. whether over proof etc).
3. After treated, The water meet WHO drinking water standard, or as per bottle water standard or other industrial purpose?
4. Your local power is 380V/50hz 3phase or 380V/60Hz 3 phase, 440/60hz 3 phase or other voltage?
BTW: If source water is municipal tap water or clean reservoir water or spring water no need report.
