  • Source tank →Pretreatment parts→ Single RO system→ RO tank→Mixed bed →10MΩ/cm outlet water.
  • Source tank →Pretreatment parts→ doulbe RO system→Double RO tank→EDI system →15MΩ/cm outlet water
  • Source tank →Pretreatment parts→ doulbe RO system→Double RO tank→EDI system →Polish resin filter→ 18 MΩ/cm outlet water
  • Source tank →Pretreatment parts→ cation resin →anion resin →Middle tank→Mixed bed →DI water→15MΩ/cm outlet water

Conductivity less than : 5us/cm.

Conductivity : 1us/cm.

Conductivity : 0.1us/cm

Resitivity:15MΩ/cm  or 18 MΩ/cm
