Common Well water treatment Processes for Well Water
Sediment Filtration:
Purpose: Removes sand, silt, and other particulate matter.
Process: Well water is passed through a sediment filter, typically a cartridge or media filter, to trap and remove solid particles.
Iron and Manganese Removal:
Purpose: Eliminates excess iron and manganese, which can cause staining and affect water taste.
Process: Oxidation followed by filtration is commonly used, where iron and manganese are oxidized into solid particles and then filtered out.
Water Softening:
Purpose: Reduces hardness caused by high levels of calcium and magnesium.
Process: Ion exchange water softeners replace calcium and magnesium ions with sodium or potassium ions, softening the water.
Carbon Filtration:
Purpose: Removes organic compounds, chlorine (if present), and improves taste and odor.
Process: Well water is passed through activated carbon filters, which adsorb organic contaminants and chlorine.
Reverse Osmosis (RO):
Purpose: Provides high-level purification by removing dissolved solids, heavy metals, and other contaminants.
Process: Water is forced through a semipermeable membrane, which blocks contaminants and allows only clean water to pass through.

To find the most appropriate for your use, please advise the following information ready
· Product water flow rate ( m3/hr, m3/day, Liter/hr,GPM,GPD etc.)
·Product water purpose(drinking, irrigation, industry process or others)
· Feed Water TDS (Total dissolved solids). Is it from Borehole/salt/brackish/lake water
· Power (110/220/380V/415V/460V, 50 or 60 Hz) 3 phase.
· It is necessary to make water analysis reprot for borehole water, lake water, seawater.
· If soure water is tap water no need end to us TDS or water analysis report.
