Product Introduction:
This is a solar-powered reverse osmosis water purification system capable of purifying 5,000 liters per hour. The customer is a bottled water company based in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
Due to the highly unstable local power grid, power outages are common. Therefore, the customer needs to install a solar energy system, comprising 64 solar panels each with 550W capacity, a solar energy combiner, a solar charging controller, 64 batteries of 12V 100AH each, a 60KW inverter, and ground mounting brackets.
The source water comes from a borehole with a conductivity of 318uS/cm. After treatment, the purified water will be bottled into 20-gallon containers for sale.
Product Process:
by Feed water pump → Sand filter → Carbon filter → Water softener → Cartridge filter → High pressure pump→ RO system → UV Sterilizer → Ozone generator → 5PCS SUS304 2000 liters product water storage tank.

To ensure long-term and stable electricity, customers must provide a generator as a backup.
