Solar containerized 40TPD ro reverse osmosis water treatment system
This is one solar containerized reverse osmosis ro treatment systems. Flow rate is 5 cubic meters per hour reverse osmosis water treatment system.
The project is located in Mahunzulucane, Mabote district, Inhambane province, Mozambique.
The feed water is from borehole with conductivity 2660µS/cm.
After treated, the product water will meet the WHO drinking water standard which will supply as people’s domestic use in the community.
The treatment process is Booster water pump → Sand filter → Antiscalant dosing system → Cartridge filter → High pressure pump → Reverse Osmosis(RO) system → Product water delivery pump to water tower height 22m.
According to customer preferences and requirements, the pumps use Grundfos brand.
The complete RO system is installed in one new 20 foot container, equipped with air conditioning, explosion-proof lights, rubber flooring, etc.
This power supply of this system is by two methods: solar energy or grid power. When the solar system is insufficient, it will automatically switch to use grid power.
14 solar panels are mounted on the top of the container using customized brackets.
The combiner, solar controller, inverter, batteries are all mounted inside the container.
The whole unit is integrated with solar energy system, container, and reverse osmosis system, which is simple to operate, green and environmentally friendly, beautiful and generous, and suitable for outdoor use.
