Sea water desalination treatment system functions
1. Overpressure protection for high-pressure pump outlet water. When the outlet pressure of the high-pressure pump exceeds 3.0MPa, the equipment will automatically shut down and sound and light alarms will be issued.
2. Underpressure protection for insufficient inlet pressure of the high-pressure pump. When the inlet pressure of the high-pressure pump is lower than 0.05MPa due to insufficient pretreatment water supply, it will automatically shut down and sound and light alarms will be issued.
3. Equipped with a manual multi-way valve, the sand filter can be filtered, backwashed and forward washed conveniently and quickly as needed.
4. Touch screen control, equipped with Schneider electrical components, the alarm system has manual confirmation and silencing functions.
5. Equipped with a reverse osmosis membrane cleaning system, the reverse osmosis membrane components can be physically cleaned, concentrated water replaced, chemically cleaned and filled with protective fluid.
