Nanofiltration (NF) System process
Function: NF membranes filter out divalent ions, larger organic molecules, and small particles, allowing monovalent ions and smaller molecules to pass through.
Pressure-Driven: Operates under moderate pressure (typically 4-20 bar) to achieve selective separation.
Pre-treatment:
Sediment Filtration: Removes larger particles before NF.
Carbon Filtration: Eliminates chlorine and organics to protect NF membranes.
